During the month of May, the Cherry Blossom trees bloom in abundance, signaling the official arrival of Spring.

These blooms offer us an opportunity to celebrate the new year and a new season of growth, inviting us to appreciate their delicate nature and fleeting beauty.

Each year I offer mini photo sessions with these blossoms to help celebrate your life and capture beautiful updated photos with your loved ones.

2026 Session Details

30 minute start to finish time frame (includes welcoming and goodbyes).
20 images (minimum).
Session shot outdoors at a central location in Edmonton. (Location will be emailed closer to date based on best blooms).
Final edited images delivered via online gallery within 3 weeks time in high-resolution.

Investment:
$325+GST
($75 non-refundable deposit required upon booking)

Available dates to book (weather permitting):
Saturday May 23rd
Tuesday May 26th

Potential back up dates for poor weather (tbc individually if necessary)
May 25th, May 28th.

What is a Mini Session?

A “mini” photography session is a short and sweet photo session, usually around 20-30 minutes in length at a predetermined location.

These sessions include less images than a full session and are generally scheduled back to back on a single day.

Benefits of a Mini Session:

Mini’s are a great way to try out a new photographer to see if you connect well with them!
They’re an easy and quick way to get updated photos and capture memories of your family in changing seasons of life without needing to invest as much time or energy as a full session.
Mini’s can work well for busy families as they do not involve much planning apart from outfits.
They’re a fun activity and memory for kids, and a way for them to get comfortable with having their photo taken.

Interested in more images, more candids and feeling less rushed?

A full session gives you 60+ minutes and offers more variety and a full gallery of all your best photos. Full sessions are great for folks who don’t want to feel rushed and are looking for more candid, documentary style shots.
