Family Sessions
Family Sessions are generally shot outdoors or at your home with your immediate family members and are about 60-75 minutes long. A couple’s session is also a Family Session, and yes your dogs are welcome if you want to include them!
Extended Family Sessions are available and can include grandparents, siblings, aunts/uncles, etc.
In each family session gallery, I aim to provide you with a mix of candid and more traditional photographs. I always try to ensure your gallery has at least one photo of everyone smiling, looking at the camera. I also take time to capture individual portraits of each parent with their kids, or individual kids, as well as a few of the parents on their own.
About 3-4 weeks after our session, you will receive an online gallery of all your best images, personally culled and edited by me. Your photos will be available to download easily in both high-resolution and web-friendly formats.
Outdoor shoots tend to involve running (jogging), playing, exploring, and potentially even sitting or laying down in the grass. When little kids are involved, we let them lead and I chase the magic you create.
In home shoots aim to capture real life moments that you want to remember. We usually incorporate some kind of small activity to help make this more natural and comfortable for everyone.
This could be anything that suits your family. Think along the lines of a pancake breakfast, playing with some favourite toys, baking or decorating cookies, doing a puzzle and drinking tea or coffee, or playing in the backyard!
Family Sessions start at $499+GST.
