Emily is a Fertility Awareness Educator and the founder of Mouja Moon, a business dedicated to educating, supporting, and empowering women by providing holistic sexual and reproductive health education with a focus on the Fertility Awareness Method (FAM).

With a background in teaching, yoga teaching and meditation, Emily provides highly personal support and education to folks interested in learning deeply about the subtle communications that our menstrual cycles and bodies provide us with every day, and sheds light on the empowering freedoms that one gains from having body literacy.
